Many, many, many thanks to all who donated items or money to Melanie Smith’s Children’s Fundraising Trust Event and a special thank you to all who attended last Friday night at the Earleigh Heights Fire Hall. The generosity shown has been overwhelming.
The Jaklitsch Law Group is pleased to announce that the event raised more than $60,000 in total. The best quote of the night came from a judge on Maryland’s highest court who when he was thanked for coming said, “I had to make sure Rick stroked a check for the entire $50,000 match.” Rick did, with a HUGE smile on his face.
